# プレジオ芦屋：ローンファンド「新規ファンドの募集条件等のお知らせ」における一部誤記載のお詫びと訂正について

2023年11月7日付のお知らせとして掲載させていただきましたファンドの詳細の記載事項の一部につきまして誤りがございましたので、以下の通り、お詫びして訂正させていただきます。

 

**（訂正箇所）**

当社ホームページ掲載の投資対象の詳細情報に記載されている「鑑定評価書の概要」の「NOI」の数値（訂正箇所は下線にて表示しています。）

 

（正）NOI：126百万円

（誤）NOI：159百万円

 

なお、当社ホームページ掲載の投資対象の詳細情報に記載の鑑定評価額その他の情報には誤りはなく、上記の記載事項の誤りによる募集条件に影響はございませんが、お申込みのキャンセルをご希望される場合は、お手数ではございますが、クーリングオフ期間中(2023年11月20日23時59分まで)に当社ホームページよりお手続きをお願いいたします。
