# 当社ホームページが閲覧できない状態が発生した件について

2022年6月21日

いつもbitREALTYをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。

ビットリアルティ株式会社が運営するオンライン不動産投資プラットフォームbitREALTYのホームページに関しまして、下記記載の時間帯において、お客様から閲覧できない状態が発生いたしました。  
お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

| 発生日時： | 2022年6月21日（火）15:29〜16:20頃まで |
| --- | --- |
| 発生原因： | 当社が利用しているサービスプロバイダーにてシステム障害が発生し、その影響から当社ホームページへのアクセスができない状況が発生しました。 |

なお、現在は復旧し、正常に稼働しております。

弊社ではシステムの異常等の発生時にはすぐに把握できる体制をとっており、今後もこの体制を継続いたします。  
引き続き、bitREALTYをよろしくお願いいたします。
